A full-service party and event venue!

The scenic Juurikkasaari is beautiful year-round event venue. We organize all events and celebrations with joy and heart, serving with over 20 years of experience.

The delicious lunch buffet at the main house is served all year round on weekdays from 11 am to 2.30 pm and the sauna heats up every Wednesday from 3 pm to 7.

In addition to private events, we also organize themed meals open to everyone and pleasant events, in all seasons. During the winter season, it is also possible to practice refreshing ice swimming.

In summer, Rantabaari´s beach terrace and grill serve tasty barbecue dishes, refreshments and café delicacies.

Juurikkasaari can accommodate 380 people to dine, in summer up to 1500 people. Our flexible facilities enable weddings and all kinds of family celebrations, large and small events and concerts.

Juurikkasaari is located in Säynätsalo, Jyväskylä, and the car journey from the centre of Jyväskylä takes only about 20 minutes. It is also possible to come to us by water, our new guest boat pier was completed in May 2021.

We also serve and prepare tasty catering for Aalto-Sali in the centre of Jyväskylä and the PK5 event space in Kangas.

In August 2023, we were awarded Kauppalehti’s Achievers 2023 and Grower 2023 certificates.
